Between 2012 and 2015, Joel received his B.Ed, M.Ed, B.A. (Economics), and PhD degrees from the University of Saskatchewan where his peers quickly recognized his talents and insights as an author and a teacher. Portions of his thesis became required reading in undergrad and graduate studies courses in the College of Education. During this time, Joel also joined the Faculty of Education as a professor. His career has also included time as a school teacher and principal.
Joel has a passion for teaching and empowering others through the sharing of knowledge. He believes that people should not be told what to think, but they should be given the appropriate information so they can make informed decisions for themselves.
Joel’s wife, Shari, is building a thriving Young Living business in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, where they live with their four children. Besides being a business and athletic coach, Joel is an avid sports fan and fisherman.
