Aging often visibly accelerates in menopause and preparation for aging and menopause with the proper tools is key. There is scientific backing that supports the use of aromatherapy essential oils and herbal medicine to provide menopause and aging relief. Unfortunately, taking vitamins and essential oils is not a one size fits all proposition and a woman with one symptom may have different needs to address the symptom in comparison to her counterpart with the same symptom. With a little guidance you can learn to identify menopausal and aging signs and which essential oils can alleviate any associated symptoms.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. T Comeaux is a California native. She attended UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts. She finished medical school and completed and Obstetrics and Gynecology residency before starting her own private practice in 2000.

After a few years in practice, Dr. Comeaux became frustrated with the current medical model. She found that a disease-focused approach to medicine was unrewarding. The art of figuring out how to “heal” patients had disappeared.

As she continued her education and journey to become the best doctor she possibly could be, she obtained her Masters in Holistic Nutrition - A Naturopathic Medical Degree - and became certified by the Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine Board. She completed an Integrative Cancer Therapy Fellowship and obtained certificates in both Advanced Aromatherapy and Master Herbalism.

Dr. Comeaux transitioned from traditional medicine after 14 years and began her focus on the prevention and natural treatment of diseases. She continues her Integrative medical practice in Woodlands, TX, providing natural hormone replacement and vaginal rejuvenation. She is also available for virtual consultations.
