Teri Ringham’s varied background has led her full circle in her passion for fitness and health. Avidly involved in varsity and state sports competitions throughout her school years, she was an NCAA national qualifier for women’s track and field pentathlon held at UCLA in her freshman and sophomore years of college. Her B.A. in Business Administration was obtained from Upper Iowa University and she holds a real estate broker’s license in both FL and MN. When her daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, Teri’s passion for business and real estate waned as she engulfed herself in health research and accessing health professionals in her quest for a cure.
Currently immersed in a holistic lifestyle, Teri holds a Reiki Level One certification from the Institute of Nutritional Health Leadership, is a speaker at wellness conferences, and schedules consultations for Gut & Hormone Wellness at her office at the BeWell Center in Naples, FL. She is a self-professed natural health fanatic who shuttles between her Florida and Minnesota homes with her yappy dog Sailor in tow. Teri is the proud parent of three children and married 39 years to her extremely supportive husband, Marty.
